- When I am tracing my shipment, why is my Bill of Lading not found?
There could be a few reasons for this:
- a) Check to make sure that you are not entering the Bill of Lading number into the tracing screen for a probill number.
- b) You may not be using a customer number that is associated with that probill number or with your MT Direct account. If you are an MT Direct user, you will have to request that the account number be setup for you through your Manitoulin Sales Professional or call 1-800-265-1485.
- c) If you are using our public access tracing, verify that you are using the correct account number.
