Our RockSolid ground transport service options provides you with delivery on the day indicated by our published transit times. This service offering applies to shipments via our direct points throughout Canada. (subject to certain exceptions)

Two Service Options to Guarantee Your Shipments.

• Guaranteed before NOON delivery
  A 30% premium on all charges applies, subject to a minimum fee of $50

• Guaranteed 4PM delivery
  A 20% premium on all charges applies, subject to a minimum fee of $25.

It's Easy to Ship RockSolid

1. Check if your shipment is eligible for RockSolid service. Click here
2. Choose your preferred guaranteed service: before Noon delivery or 4pm delivery.
3. Identify your choice of RockSolid service on the bill of lading.
   • Availability of proactive e-mail notification of final delivery
   • Your freight must be ready on the same business day at your regular scheduled pickup time
4. Check the desired service guarantee on the sticker and affix to your bill of lading.
